Return Your Old or Replaced Equipment

Hardware Return Instructions: Locate the email from ITReturns@powerschool.com in your inbox, titled “Equipment Replacement QR code”, in the email are the instructions to return the old equipment or replaced equipment.

This process must be completed within 1 week of receiving your replacement device. If you are unable to find the email in your inbox or spam folder. Please reach out to ITReturns@powerschool.com or the agent assisting with your ticket.
